• Loss or corruption of data, including but not limited to account balances, bet histories, or personal information, resulting from system failures, cyberattacks, or events outside l4444l's control.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and l4444l concerning use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
